Identifying the pain points
Through my experience using the application, I have identified deficiencies in the usability of the application, both in the interface, and user experience. That is why, in order to have more information about the points to improve, I proceeded to communicate with users who actively use the application, to find out their perception of the application, what their experience is like while using it, and what they consider that it would be beneficial to improve their usability thus.
Gathering insights
To identify the difficulties and pain points that users were having while using the app, I started talking to people I know who frequently use the app. During this process, I was able to identify the primary needs that users related to their frustrations, in this way they would help me to sketch a better version of the interface and experience.
Inspiration BoardÂ
I continued looking for inspiration to give the application a fresher and more modern style, and in turn help the user with usability, making it more attractive and easier to interact with.
Sketches
In this phase, I connected the ideas of the users, the improvements to the experience, and the redesign of the new interface, thus creating an improved structure and a new more useful version of the app.
Digital Design
After having the sketch ready, I proceeded to continue in Figma, where I designed the new interface, accommodating the components to the new structure and thus finally creating the final and new version of the application.
