Research & Understand
Based on the background information, I started to create personas to identify the target audience, then I proceeded to set up In-depth interviews with users that match the personas profile, then, based on the insights, I used the crazy 8's methodology to develop different concepts that would help to define the final solution.
User personas

Interview insights
- "I want a solution that combines all I need to watch a movie in one place, whether it’s an app or a website."
- "An application where you could have video calls, and share movies without any kind of interruption. Make a group video call, like when you walk into a movie theater."
- "If they made an app that allows you to select a movie and, at the same time, make a call or video call, that would bring everything together."
- "It could be a platform that allows you to open movies from other sites and have a video call with another person at the same time."
