Identifying the problem
I am a very busy person, I like to take advantage of the time to organize everything that I have to do, but every time that I have to go to the barbershop, I get mad because I have to wait a long time for my turn, and if I call, sometimes the barber is very busy and he can’t take the phone. It would be great if exist any app that allows me to register an appointment with the barber, it could tell me how many people my barber has before me, what time my turn could be and it notifies me about any change.

Based on the interview insights, I started to write and draw, all possibles solutions that could be apply to improve the user experience and offer a good way to solve the problem.
Hypothesis

After put all the ideas in a paper, the one that fits more with the user expectations was selected.

A mobile application could be a good solution for this problem because of the
following reasons:


- It could include all the most of the features
that the user needs.

- The user can have access to the platform and
make appointments any place, any time.

- Because of the multiple ways that it can
help the user to communicate with
the barbers.
